(chap 3.7) Selecting with Window/Crossing

Left: Selection tool which can change into different ways of selection: rectangular, Circular, Fence, Lasso and paint. Now, this will select all he wires that is touched.

Right: Window/Crossing will only select what is completely in the selection. NOT just the wire.
